This little boy is the thinnest of them all.He is also the bravest, driven by hunger I should think. He is always the first out to eat.After a few weeks he is beginning to look better.

At last I have spotted one of the very small pups, first time I have seen her for some time.

Here they are eating their pasta, there are more but they wont come out whilst I am here, maybe with time.

These two are from the other end of the village and are in a more prominent position and very friendly, so more people feed them, consequently they are quite fat. I hope they still continue when they are no longer puppies!

This is Girlie, or what I call her, she was abandoned about a year ago, and is so friendly now. To start with she was afraid. She has been spayed.She is always so happy to see us.

UPDATE On the 28th May 2008 our dear girlie was hit by a car, on 29th May she sadly died after the vets did all they could to save her.The damage to her head was too great. Goodbye beautiful Girlie, we loved youX

This is Smiler, Girlie's friend. He always smiles when he sees us coming.Somewhen,he has had a broken front leg,that must have mended on its own, so its a little bent.Doesn't seem to bother him at all.This young man was left here last summer

These are four more of the lovely dogs we feed. The two smaller ones on the right are quite frightened.

This is Molly, she has set up home outside of our place.We call her Rusty's girlfriend , he loves her.

Meet Paddy, he is Molly's friend, he also lives outside our house. Up until recently he lived along the road from us, then his owners moved away and left him behind. He is a very young Pastore Maremanno, the same as our Bicki. He is very nervous of other dogs,apart from Molly!
