You will remember Pino,the pup we rescued from near Taranto,for Julie. Well Julie arrived in back in Italy this week,and came here yesterday to pick up her precious pup for the time she is here.She also did something incredibly kind,she has also taken Rags with her,so Pino will have his best friend with him. Pino is still very nervous,but I am sure he will be OK and with not so many dogs around Julie and her family will  be able to reassure him and make him less afraid. With Rag's help of course. Rags is the complete opposite and just loves as much attention as he can get. So our dear little Rags has packed his case and gone on his summer holidays! They will both be back the end of August,when Julie returns to the UK.

Pino will be ready to travel to the UK early next year.

This has given us two less dogs for a month,which doesn't sound a lot,but will help tremendously,after all the recent traumas.They will have a huge garden to explore with lots of different smells etc. Thanks Julie x

Good news about Lupo the GSD. We were on the beach last week,Mino went off to buy a coffee,he was gone so long,I went to find him. He was talking to a man and it appeared he was Lupo's former owner,who had told Mino he had lost the dog and had been looking everywhere for him. We arranged the next day to take the dog to him. It turned out not to be his dog,but he liked him and wanted him anyway. So a success story.Have a good life Lupo x

Ellen has settled in so well,she is a most delightful dog. She smiles everytime she looks at you.Such a beautiful dog,why would anyone abandon her. She would make someone the most adorable pet. Any takers!! We would love to rehome her.Its not as difficult as you might think.
